SEATTLE, June 15, 2016 /PRNewswire/ — Alaska Airlines announced the promotion of three employees to new positions as managing director.
Molly Gabel has been promoted to managing director, associate general counsel of labor and employment. Gabel has worked for Alaska Airlines as a senior attorney since 2013, focusing on labor relations, collective bargaining, grievances and compliance with labor laws.
"Molly has strong expertise in labor law and is a respected legal resource to Alaska’s operational divisions on employment law," said Kyle Levine, the airline’s vice president of legal and general counsel.

Troy Kaser will lead the airline’s e-commerce organization as managing director of e-commerce. Kaser joined Alaska in 2013 as the airline’smanaging director of ITS applications. He previously served as vice president of engineering at Expedia and vice president of technology at Groundspeak.
"Troy brings a unique skill set to the MD e-commerce role given previous positions at technology companies, as well as his leadership in both the technical and business side of e-commerce," said Andrew Harrison, Alaska’s executive vice president and chief commercial officer.

Justin Neff has been named managing director of supply chain management. Neff joined Alaska in 2014 from Black & Veatch, a leading global engineering, consulting and construction company, where he led global IT contracting and procurement programs.
