"Flight attendants are ready to move forward and work with the company to maintain and build upon the success of our airline," said Veda Shook, AFA Master Executive Council President. "We are pleased that this new contract provides a more generous profit-sharing program that rewards front-line employees for their contributions to the bottom line." "We appreciate the AFA’s leadership in reaching this multiyear agreement that offers stability for our flight attendants and is consistent with our desire to provide competitive pay and benefits as well as long-term career opportunities for our people," said Bill Ayer, Alaska’s chairman and chief executive officer.
