Ms. Hogan has been the executive vice president of the office of strategy and transformation for Microsoft Corporation, a publicly traded company, since 2025. She previously served as chief people officer (2015-2025) and corporate vice president of Microsoft Services (2003-2015). Prior to joining Microsoft in 2003, Ms. Hogan was a partner at McKinsey & Co., Inc. and a development manager at Oracle Corporation. She previously led the finance committee for the Puget Sound affiliate of Susan G. Komen for the Cure.
