Ms. Hogan has been the executive vice president of strategy and transformation for Microsoft Corporation, a publicly traded company, since 2025. She previously served as chief people officer from 2015-2025 and corporate vice president of Microsoft Services from 2003-2015. Prior to joining Microsoft in 2003, Ms. Hogan was a partner at McKinsey & Co. She started her career at Oracle Corp, where she was a developer and marketing manager in their Applications business. She previously led the finance committee for the Puget Sound affiliate of Susan G. Komen for the Cure.
