Use of any of these images, videos, text or other content constitutes an irrevocable agreement, and any disputes relating to such images, videos, text, or other content shall be instituted and maintained only in King County Superior Court, in the City of Seattle, State of Washington, or the United States District Court for the Western District of Washington, and no other courts, and the user hereby irrevocably consents to such jurisdiction. This agreement shall be interpreted and enforced under the laws of the State of Washington.
