Today, Condé Nast Traveler named us “Best U.S. Airline” in their 2019 Readers’ Choice Awards. The award is especially significant because it’s based on the ratings of more than 600,000 readers who shared feedback about their recent travel experiences.

Alaska is the best airline to fly..hands down. Congratulations on a job well done. I have been a 75K for the last 4 years and have never had a bad experience flying Alaska. I just wish you flew to more places in the central and eastern US.
We are so fortunate that Alaska Airlines is the number one airline in Seattle. Alaska flies almost anywhere we want to go in the U.S. (including Hawaii) and Central America. And, we have been all over the world on Alaska’s partner airlines. The Alaska Mileage Plan is the best in the industry. We have used miles to fly to Europe, Asia and Australia and will be traveling to South America on miles in 2020.
I am very happy with Alaska Airlines. Going back and forth with my Dog from Palm Springs to Seattle . Me and my Dog where always treated excellent

We always fly Alaska Airlines if possible! Their flight attendants are awesome, everyone is not only competent, but friendly as well. In a recent study of the quality of the water on their planes, they ranked at the top, ie they give bottled water from a large bottle into cups to drink. They also provide hand sanitizer in their restrooms if you prefer it to soap and water! Alaska = 😁
I am a loyal Alaska Air flyer but everytime I get on a plane that has been revamped from a Virgin flight I am super disappointed. Virgin did flying right, the seats were comfortable, they provided an in-seat entertainment system for those of us that don’t own a tablet and they had an amazing atmosphere on board the flights. Alaska has stripped the planes of all personality and made them more uncomfortable. Wish you would have incorporated them more into your service they were far and above the best domestic airline.

IMNOE 88 AND HAVE BEEN FLYING WITH THEM AS FAR BACK AS I REMMEBER. AND IN MY BOOK THEN SIMPLY ARE ARE BEST .
