Alaska Airlines Adds Aeromexico as a Mileage Plan Partner

SEATTLE, July 3, 2013 /PRNewswire/ — Alaska Airlines Mileage Plan members can now earn miles flying on Aeromexico, Mexico’s global airline, which serves 80 destinations throughout Mexico, the United States, Canada, Central and South America, Europe and Asia. Miles flown on Aeromexico will count toward qualification in Alaska’s Mileage Plan MVP elite-level program.

Club Premier Aeromexico travelers can also accrue miles when they fly on Alaska Airlines’ expansive network of 95 destinations across the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, Mexico and Canada.

Alaska Airlines announced its enhanced codeshare and marketing partnership with Aeromexico last December, however, mileage-earning opportunities haven’t been available until now.
