Alaska Air Group to Webcast Presentation at Merrill Lynch Global Transportation Conference

Alaska Air Group, Inc. , the parent company of Alaska Airlines, Inc. and Horizon Air Industries, Inc., today announced that it will webcast a presentation given by Bill Ayer, Alaska’s chairman, president and chief executive officer, at the Merrill Lynch Global Transportation Conference on Wednesday, June 8, 2005, in New York.

The webcast will be presented live on Wednesday, June 8, 2005, at 4:20 p.m. Eastern Time. To participate in the listen-only mode webcast, listeners should access the "Investor Information" section of alaskaair.com several minutes prior to the scheduled start time to allow sufficient time to register.
