Alaska Airlines earned a score of 100 on HRC’s 2023-2024 Corporate Equality Index  

As a long-time supporter of the LGBTQ+ community, our partners and allies alike, we are committed to creating an environment where our guests, employees and business partners feel included and belong. We’re proud to have achieved a score of 100 on the Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s 2023 CEI, the nation’s foremost benchmarking survey and report measuring corporate policies and practices related to LGBTQ+ workplace equality.
