Alaska Airlines earned a score of 100 on HRC’s 2023-2024 Corporate Equality Index
As a long-time supporter of the LGBTQ+ community, our partners and allies alike, we are committed to creating an environment where our guests, employees and business partners feel included and belong. We’re proud to have achieved a score of 100 on the Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s 2023 CEI, the nation’s foremost benchmarking survey and report measuring corporate policies and practices related to LGBTQ+ workplace equality.
Native artist Crystal Worl designs Alaska Airlines aircraft taking Indigenous language and art to the skies
As a tribute to Salmon People, this special Boeing 737-800 depicts the ancestral importance of salmon through Northwest Coast formline art. The monumental design, by Crystal Worl, is a one-of-a-kind work that honors Alaskan salmon, culture and language.
