High bidder in Charity Miles auction to receive first fish and prize package

  WHAT:      The annual rite of spring continues as Alaska Airlines flies
             the season's first catch of prized Copper River salmon from
             Cordova, Alaska, to Seattle and points beyond. The first
             shipment is expected to arrive at the Alaska Airlines Cargo
             Warehouse at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport at 6 a.m. For
             the first time, the highest bidder in a Mileage Plan™
             auction will meet the flight and receive the ceremonial first
             fish, a beautiful 40-pound king salmon, donated by Ocean Beauty
             Seafoods, along with a travel and prize package plus other
             amenities. The special online auction benefits Alaska Airlines'
             Charity Miles program.

  WHO:       Ceremonial Copper River salmon, plus about 20,000 pounds more
              fish

             6:00 a.m.  Fish-filled 737-400 freighter arrives
             6:10 a.m.  First salmon presented to auction winner and seafood
                        processors
             6:40 a.m.  Salmon loaded onto fish trucks
