  More Than 50 Children From Local YMCA to Take Part in Inaugural Flight

  SUMMARY:  Alaska Airlines will unveil a new Disney-themed airplane at
            Seattle-Tacoma International Airport on Wednesday, April 6.
            Adorned with Tinker Bell on the fuselage and golden Mickey Mouse
            ears on the tail, the bright blue Boeing 737-400 named the
            "Magic of Disneyland" celebrates the 50th Anniversary of Walt
            Disney's original theme park. It is the second Disneyland-themed
            airplane born out of the successful partnership between Seattle-
            based Alaska Airlines and Disneyland Resort.

  WHAT:     The newly-painted aircraft will roll into Sea-Tac's Concourse C
            carrying more than 50 children from the Highline, Wash., YMCA.
            The children, many of whom will be taking their first flight,
            will be greeted by favorite Disney characters Mickey Mouse and
            Minnie Mouse, and participate in a ribbon-cutting ceremony with
            Alaska Airlines and Disneyland Resort representatives.

  WHEN:     Wednesday, April 6
            Members of the news media should meet Alaska Airlines
            representatives at 10:15 a.m. at the north information kiosk
            between the Alaska and United ticket counters for escort through
            security to the gate.
            The event begins at approximately 11 a.m.
