Best Inflight Food & Beverage 2020 Passenger Choice Award
Alaska Airlines was selected by passengers for having the “Best Food & Beverage” in North America for 2020 as part of the annual Airline Passenger Experience Association (APEX) awards.
APEX once again partnered with TripIt® from Concur®, the world’s highest-rated travel-organizing app, to gather anonymous passenger feedback based on neutral, third-party passenger feedback and insights for the honor. Using a five-star scale, nearly one million flights were rated by passengers across more than 600 airlines from around the world. Passengers provided anonymous ratings in five subcategories: seat comfort, cabin service, food and beverage, entertainment and Wi-Fi.
APEX is an international airline association focused on passenger experience, awarding regional Passenger Choice Awards (PCAs) to airlines in North America, South America and Europe.
