Alaska Airlines named the best mid-size airline in North America by TripAdvisor.com, a trusted source of information for travelers booking online.

The Travelers’ Choice Awards are the highest honor given by TripAdvisor. They are the only travel industry awards based on millions of reviews from travelers around the world and reflect “the best of the best” for service, quality, and customer satisfaction.

TripAdvisor based its rankings off reviews submitted by travelers between February 2019 and February 2019.
