America’s Best Large Employers

Forbes Magazine released their 2019 list of “America’s Best Large Employers” and Alaska made the rankings for the fifth year in a row, ranking No. 169 out of 500 companies.

Forbes worked with the company Statista to pinpoint companies liked best by employees in the annual ranking of America’s best employers. All the surveys were anonymous, allowing participants to openly share their opinions. The respondents were asked to rate, on a scale of zero to 10, how likely they’d be to recommend their employer to others and how they feel about other employers in their industry.
