America’s Best Employers 2016

Alaska was named one of America’s Best Employers by Forbes.

The award is based on a survey of 30,000 American workers, who were asked how likely they would be to recommend their employer to someone else and whether they would recommend other employers in their industry. Alaska was one of only four airlines to make the list.
